Rob Campbell has been helping people buy and sell homes in Calgary for more than 30 years. Most of his work happens in and around the city's lake communities, from the established streets of Lake Bonavista and McKenzie Lake to the newer neighbourhoods of Auburn Bay and Mahogany, and Arbour Lake in the northwest.

Much of what Rob sells is condominiums and townhouses, along with detached homes in the lake communities. He works with first-time buyers taking their first careful steps into ownership, with households moving up to more space, and with sellers who want a clear plan and an honest read of their home. The approach is the same in each case: listen first, explain the process plainly, and make sure the paperwork, from condo documents to lake association details, is understood before anyone signs.
